Permalink Israel Starts Ethnic Cleansing In West Bank

The Anglo-American colonial project in Palestine has launched another war to remove the indigenous population from its land.

💬 Israel launches major operation in West Bank; Palestinian officials say 9 killedWashington Post TEL AVIV — Israel launched a major operation in multiple cities in the West Bank on Wednesday involving hundreds of troops.  The troops were sent in with air support and bulldozers, according to an Israeli military official speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive military operation. Eyewitnesses cited drones scanning the skies and armored personnel carriers carrying troops on the ground.  The Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet, the country’s internal security service, announced in a brief joint statement they were launching a counterterrorism operation in Jenin and Tulkarm. Operations were also reported in al-Fara’a refugee camp, near Tubas. At least nine Palestinians have been killed since midnight, the Health Ministry in Ramallah said. Seven were taken to a hospital in Tubas and two to a hospital in Jenin, it said.

In the Gaza strip the colonial army has pushed the 2 million plus surviving Palestinians into an area of less than 15 square kilometer. It continues bombing them. Any building beyond has ben raised. The obvious aim there is to push the whole population into Egypt's Sinai desert and to provide their land to illegal settlers. A similar project has now started in the West Bank. The Zionists plan to raze it to then push its Palestinian population across the river into Jordan.

Permalink Over 50,000 Tons of Arms & Equipment Shipped to Israel From US - Report

The US has continued to support Israel, despite the Gaza health ministry reporting that more than 40,000 people in the region have been killed since the conflict first began in October. | More than 50,000 tons of armaments have been given to the US by Israel since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip since last October, the Defense Ministry said on Monday. This includes, “armored vehicles, munitions, ammunition, personal protection gear and medical equipment,” the ministry said. According to a report from The Times of Israel, the deliveries are “crucial for sustaining the Israeli Defense Force’s (IDF) operational capabilities during the ongoing war.”

👉 Despite the substantial death toll of more than 40,000 people who have been slaughtered in Palestine, the US has been supplying Israel non-stop since the war between the IDF and Hamas first broke out in October. The US has enacted legislation providing tens of billions of dollars in military aid to Israel, and this month the US approved another $20 billion in arms sales to Israel.

For four days, delegates, lobbyists, influencers, and Democratic Party members convened in the US city of Chicago for the Democratic National Convention (DNC), which is held every election year. | Hosted by the United Center and the McCormick Place, as well as “after-parties” in undisclosed locations throughout the city, this year’s DNC was overshadowed by the Democratic Party’s complicity in the Gaza genocide, which was clearly demonstrated by Kamala Harris’ statements. [...] For over a year after the announcement of the DNC location and date, sitting president Joe Biden insisted that he would be the nominee and would oversee the DNC and fight against Donald Trump in the next election. However, the ailing president announced that he would not run on July 21 - a month before the DNC. [...] In his announcement, Biden endorsed Harris for president. Typically, nominees within both major parties - Democratic or Republican - must win in the primary election leading up to the general election. This time around, Biden stepped down and appointed his successor - raising eyebrows around the legitimacy of Harris and the so-called democratic process in the United States itself.

Permalink Does Any Other Country Besides Israel Have the Right to Defend Itself?

M. Reza Behnam | Despite the countless atrocities, assassinations and violations of humanitarian and international law, American politicians and the corporate media recite ad infinitum the accepted talking point that Israel has a “right to defend itself.” From their distorted perspective, only the aggressor deserves that prerogative. | Israel’s claim to self-defense is never questioned. Although it has one of the strongest modern militaries (581 aircraft, including F-15, F-16 and advanced stealth F-35 fighter jets), possesses the latest air defense systems, stockpiles 400 nuclear weapons with delivery systems, and has the United States, the world’s largest military power, standing ready to protect it, we are to believe that Israel is in physical danger.  On the other hand, the Palestinians, most in need of defense, are denied that right. They are told to accept colonized lives in the Gaza concentration camp, to accept marginalization, injustice and humiliation forever; that they have no right to resist the Israeli apartheid regime. And the United States and its Western proxies threaten the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah in Lebanon and others in the Palestinian Resistance for daring to challenge Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza.

Permalink Israel Seizes Crypto-currencies of **All** Palestinians

Israel has ORDERED the crypto-exchange "Binance" to SEIZE the crypto-currencies of all Palestinians pursuant to Israeli Terrorism Law | Israel did this by declaring the Dubai Exchange Company in the Gaza Strip, which is the only lawful crypto-currency entity allowed to operate in the Gaza Strip, to be a "terrorist organization."  All Palestinians were required to use the Dubai Exchange Company for all their crypto-currency transactions. Since the Israeli government declared the Dubai Exchange itself to be a "terrorist organization" all the money transferred by or through that company is then considered to be the property of the "terrorist organization" and thus subject to being seized! Palestinians have APPEALED this mass seizure. Those Appeals are ALL being denied.

Permalink Gaza war economic consequences for Israel

With growing concern, Zionist economists are warning officials in Tel Aviv that if the Gaza war does not end by 2025, the regime's economic situation will worsen. | According to the US media, the current state of the Israeli regime is the result of the high costs that this regime has incurred during the ongoing war in Gaza.  Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu tried to allay the fears of Zionist experts by saying that the economic damage is short-term and temporary, but contrary to his claims, the war in Gaza has harmed thousands of small businesses and international trust in Israel's economy.  Yacov Sheinin, an Israeli economist, said the total cost of the war could amount to $120 billion, or 20% of the country’s gross domestic product, a broad measure of economic activity. The Israeli regime's Finance Ministry this month said the country’s deficit over the last 12 months has risen to over 8% of GDP, far exceeding the 6.6% deficit-to-GDP ratio the ministry projected for 2024. In 2023, Israel’s budget deficit was roughly 4% of its GDP.
