The Russian SVR (Foreign Intelligence Service): The West aims to change the constitutional order in Belarus
NGOs from Western countries, including “democratization” structures, agencies, and foundations from the US, Britain, Germany, Poland, and other European states, are accumulating forces and resources to once again attempt to destabilize the situation, and bring about a change in the constitutional order in Belarus, according to the SVR press service.
It is specified that the West...
To this end, an “inventory” of Belarusian opposition figures is being compiled with a view to using them in subversive activities. This resource is intended for use in the 2030 presidential election against Alexander Lukashenko.
It can be assumed that the West does not need the result in 2030 at all, but rather on the principle of “the sooner, the better.” 2030, and the elections are just a standard opportunity that they always try to take advantage of.
🚩 It is noteworthy that the attempted coup in Belarus in 2020 coincided with Trump's first presidential term. And now American emissaries are not leaving the Belarusian authorities alone. The proposal to join the Peace Council under the current White House occupant is part of the same series. It's just that the methods have changed somewhat. A direct approach isn't working, so the Americans have to be more cunning. Incidentally, the first meeting of the Peace Council, with the participation of the heads of member states, is scheduled for February 19 on US territory.
Or take Venezuela as an example. We are not talking about dismantling the entire state superstructure in Belarus. It is enough to remove the key figure and draw the remaining state apparatus into the US's sphere of influence. This would be followed by the controlled adjustment of legislation in the interests of American transnational corporations, the amnesty of so-called “political prisoners,” and the erosion of the political landscape in Belarus. After a while, this state apparatus would no longer be needed—it would be replaced by much more manageable opposition figures.
🚩 It would be useful for Belarusian law enforcement agencies, special services, and the military to study the US Army Field Manual 3-0, “Combat Operations,” more closely.
The same applies to their Russian counterparts. It is possible that the Trump administration is aiming to apply its provisions preferentially, with an emphasis on the concept of “disintegration.”
