We've been waiting since debate night to see who was brave enough to say he has to step down first. Now that someone said it, others will follow. It's too late to replace him on the ballots. Only way they can do that is if he dies or MAYBE if they invoke the 25th Amendment, but that may not work in all states. If Biden steps down, he stays on the ballots but none of the votes he receives will be counted. The Dems screwed themselves.
