Israel Strikes 6 Iranian Military Airports, Destroys 15 Fighter Jets, Major Escalation
The IDF struck six "Iranian regime" airports in an attempt to expand air superiority over Iranian airspace | In a major escalation of tensions in the Middle East, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a series of precise airstrikes against six Iranian military airbases in the western, eastern, and central parts of Iran. The operation destroyed 15 Iranian military jets, including combat aircraft and helicopters, and caused significant damage to strategic infrastructure, according to the IDF. ● As is in accord with the official claim of the IDF, the Israeli military pounded several strategic locations such as runways, underground bunkers, missile depots, and fuel stations. Among the airports targeted by the attacks were Tehran’s (Mehrabad), Mashhad, and Dezful airports, among others. The aircraft destroyed during the attack were F-14s, F-5s, and AH-1 attack helicopters, which were reportedly used against Israel’s military targets.

Satellite images of US strikes in Iran undermine Trump's 'obliterated' claim
While damage to the nuclear sites is visible, there are portions that seem undamaged, and uncertainty on how much the underground sites were impacted. | US President Donald Trump on Sunday said that American military strikes "completely and totally obliterated" three Iranian nuclear enrichment plants. However, satellite images have yet to confirm this claim. ● While significant damage to the nuclear sites is visible, there are portions that seem undamaged, and uncertainty on how much the underground nuclear establishments were impacted. ● The Fordow Fuel Enrichment Plant is located south of Tehran, dug to side of a mountain. Satellite images of the plant, taken after the US strike, show craters, collapsed tunnel entrances and holes on top of the mountain ridge, Bloomberg reported.
■ Medvedev Evicerates the Empire. Nuclear Nightmare Unleashed (Pravda EN) | The eagle’s midnight theatrics over Iranian skies promised a shock-and-awe spectacle, “obliteration” of nuclear facilities that would, we were assured, defang Tehran forever. But the dust settled differently. Dmitry Medvedev, Russia’s ferocious geopolitical surgeon, calmly delivered the autopsy: “Critical infrastructure remains intact. Enrichment will continue. And now, a number of countries stand ready to hand Iran their own nuclear warheads.” Read between Medvedev’s carefully chosen lines and you see not just a warning, but a multipolar declaration of independence, one that reduces America’s unilateral antics to mere tantrums on a shrinking stage.
Moscow blasts US redo of ‘Iraqi weapons of mass destruction’ stunt
Washington has “opened a Pandora’s box” by attacking Iran, Russia’s ambassador told the UN Security Council | Russia has condemned the United States for its airstrikes and missile attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, calling them “irresponsible, provocative and dangerous,” and warning that they risk pushing the Middle East toward a large-scale war with potentially catastrophic nuclear consequences. Speaking at an emergency session of the UN Security Council on Sunday, Russian Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia accused Washington of violating the UN Charter, international law and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
💬 “The United States has opened a Pandora’s box, and no one knows what consequences may follow,” Nebenzia said, noting that by targeting IAEA-supervised nuclear sites, Washington has “once again demonstrated total disregard for the position of the international community.”
Nebenzia drew a pointed comparison to the lead-up to the 2003 Iraq War, when then-US Secretary of State Colin Powell presented false evidence to...
💬 “...justify the invasion of another sovereign state, only to plunge its people into chaos for decades and not find any weapons of mass destruction.” “Many today feel a strong sense of déjà vu,” he said. “The current situation is essentially no different: we are once again being urged to believe in fairy tales in order to once again bring suffering to millions of people living in the Middle East.”
