US vows to reopen Strait of Hormuz by force

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said “a coalition of nations” would secure the vital shipping route if Tehran does not comply | US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Monday that “a coalition of nations” would secure the Strait of Hormuz by force if Iran failed to reopen the vital shipping route to all vessels. “One way or the other, it’s going to be open,” Rubio claimed. Iran’s ambassador to Russia has dismissed US President Donald Trump’s claims that Tehran is negotiating with Washington, saying that US and Israeli officials are “planning how to strike Iran” rather than seeking peace.

A point 240 km east of Riyadh and less than 400 km from the Iranian coast...

The United States accidentally revealed the location from where the bombers take off to strike Iran | The United States accidentally revealed the location from where the bombers take off to strike Iran. CENTCOM published a photo of a B-52 Stratofortress bomber during refueling over Saudi Arabia, according to which an accurate geolocation was established — a point 240 km east of Riyadh and less than 400 km from the Iranian coast.  Initially, it was believed that the United States had maximally distanced aviation from Iran and was using the B-52 exclusively as carriers of JASSM cruise missiles. However, the type of combat load in the published images refutes this hypothesis. Presumably, Mk-84 aerial bombs (910 kg each) with JDAM satellite guidance kits are suspended from the pylons of the aircraft. Using guided bombs instead of cruise missiles means that B-52s can enter where the Iranian air defenses used to be. This indicates either a shortage of expensive cruise missiles, or the Pentagon's confidence that the skies over Iran are already safe enough for the operation of this type of aircraft and the use of these munitions.

Kremlin issues chilling 'nuclear war' warning and blames Trump's 'gross' error

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has issued a chilling warning over the 'likelihood of a nuclear conflict' in the Middle East, claiming Donald Trump has made a 'gross' strategic error | Donald Trump could spark a "nuclear conflict" in the Middle East with the "biggest war" yet to come, warned the Kremlin. The former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev — now a senior security official — claimed Trump had made a “gross” strategic error in taking on Iran. Gulf states could respond to the crisis by seeking their own “nuclear shield”, dramatically increasing the risk of a wider conflict, he predicted. Medvedev warned:

💬 “The likelihood of a nuclear conflict there, unfortunately, has increased as a result of this unprovoked, extremely dangerous war that the United States has started.” “Probably the biggest war in the Middle East could still be ahead,” he said. “And then the Middle East will turn into a long-term... hotbed of instability, which could continue there for centuries.”

For four years to 2012, Medvedev’s finger was on the Russian nuclear trigger as the country’s president. He blamed the United States for what he called an “unprovoked, extremely dangerous war”, accusing Washington and Israel of behaving like a “bull in a china shop” and pushing the region towards catastrophe.  Those holding money or engaged in oil supply in the Middle East “need to think very hard about what to do next”, he said. He spoke as Russia is accused of supplying Iran with battle-tested drones and intelligence on targeting in support of Tehran, a charge Moscow denies.

Spain has closed its airspace to US military planes involved in attacks on Iran, forcing NATO flights to reroute. | Spain has closed its airspace to US military planes involved in the aggression on Iran, a move that goes beyond its earlier refusal to allow the use of jointly-operated military bases, according to Spanish newspaper El Pais, citing military sources.  The closure, which affects NATO flights en route to the Middle East, does not apply to emergency situations, El Pais added.  “This decision is part of the government’s commitment not to participate in or contribute to a war initiated unilaterally and against international law,” Economy Minister Carlos Cuerpo said in an interview with radio Cadena Ser, when asked if the airspace closure could strain Spain-US relations.

He referred to repeated threats by US President Donald Trump regarding possible ground operations and the occupation of islands in the Persian Gulf, describing such plans as unrealistic. He stated that the US president had been influenced by external pressures and accused him of adopting inconsistent and unreliable positions.

The Department of War has yet to acknowledge any new losses or injuries from Tehran’s retaliatory strikes | Iran destroyed a $270 million Boeing E-3 Sentry AWACS surveillance aircraft in its recent strike on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, which also damaged several other aircraft and injured at least 12 American troops, according to US media reports and new photos circulating online.  The extent of the damage to the aircraft “likely renders it unrepairable,” the Air & Space Forces Magazine wrote, while open-source intelligence analysts described it as a “total loss.” The Pentagon has yet to officially confirm the scale of the damage from the reported attack.

If You'd Only Oppose The Iran War When There's Boots On The Ground, You're A Scumbag

Caitlin Johnson | LBC has a report titled “Republicans ‘storm out’ of Iran briefing as they claim US ‘war machine’ is trying to put boots on ground” about MAGA lawmakers whining that Trump’s war looks set to turn into a land invasion. | The lawmaker claims Graham "brags about" advising the president and his aggressive war strategy. It comes as the US is reportedly considering a massive troop deployment that would include ‘infantry and armoured vehicles,’ according to the Wall Street Journal. Tensions continue to rise from within Trump's own party amid plans to put troops on the ground in Iran, as peace talks continue amid the constantly changing situation.

U.S. Navy F-18E/F Super Hornet Fighter Shot Down

The number of U.S. and Israeli unmanned aircraft shot down has reached nearly 200 | The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on March 25 shot down a U.S. Navy F-18E/F carrier based fighter, with footage of the incident appearing to show a short range surface-to-air missile attack destroying the aircraft. The aircraft was shot down over Chabahar County and crashed in the Indian Ocean, where the U.S. naval presence has been heavily concentrated. The Corps reported that this was the fourth U.S. and Israeli fighter shot down by indigenous air defence systems since the two countries launched an assault on Iran on February 28, raising the possibility that systems procured from abroad, such as the Russian S-300PMU-2 and Tor-M2, may have been responsible for other shootdowns. Iranian-aligned paramilitary groups in Iraq have claimed responsibility for multiple further shootdowns over Iraqi airspace.

The report also claimed US personnel have established a presence at civilian sites across the region, including a logistics base near Beirut's old airport. | Iran has issued an "ultimatum" to hotel owners in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, warning that hosting US military personnel could make their properties legitimate military targets, the semi-official Fars news agency reported.  Fars reported that US forces have taken refuge in regional hotels following Iranian missile strikes and joint operations with allied militant groups that targeted American military infrastructure across the Middle East. The warning covers any facility hosting foreign military personnel and takes effect immediately if such activity continues, Xinhua news agency reported.  The report also claimed US personnel have established a presence at civilian sites across the region, including a logistics base near Beirut's old airport and advisory operations at Damascus' Republic Palace, the Four Seasons, and Sheraton hotels. US Marines were reportedly moved this week to Djibouti International Airport via Istanbul and Sofia.

True Promise 4, Wave 83: Iran pounds US, Israeli assets with advanced missiles, drones

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced the execution of wave 83 of Operation True Promise 4 in the early hours of Friday, targeting key American and Israeli military installations across the region with missiles and drones. | According to a statement from the IRGC's Public Relations, the operation was dedicated to the "warm-hearted people of the southern strip of the country in the north of the ever-Persian Gulf" and was conducted under the blessed code "Ya Aba Abdullah Al-Hussein (AS)."  The strikes targeted a range of strategic assets belonging to American and Zionist forces. Among the targets were storage tanks and the oil depot in Ashdod, a military personnel site in the Modi'in settlement, and a US military information exchange center in the region.  The IRGC also struck American military bases at Al-Dhafra and Al-Udeiri, along with maintenance and storage hangars for transport aircraft and drones at Ali Al-Salem Air Base.  Additional targets include fuel tanks for jets and fighter aircraft of American forces, as well as the maintenance and repair hangar for the Patriot missile system at Sheikh Isa Base.

Israel bombs ‘heart of Tehran’ as Trump mulls 10,000 more ground troops

The US president touts talks with Iran as the secretary of war vows to keep “negotiating with bombs” | The IDF conducted a wide-scale bombing raid “in the heart of Tehran” and elsewhere across Iran overnight, targeting unspecified infrastructure.  The Iranian Red Crescent said the strikes hit a number of civilian buildings, with search and rescue operations underway in the capital, the central city of Qom, and Urmia in West Azerbaijan province.  Although Trump once again claimed during a White House Cabinet meeting on Thursday that progress is being made in negotiations, the Department of War is reportedly considering deploying up to 10,000 additional ground forces to the Middle East. If approved, the new deployment would add to 2,000 elite paratroopers and up to 5,000 Marines already en route to the region.

Iran slams US and Israeli ‘bullies’ as Pentagon plans ‘final blow’ (RT) | The Pentagon is drafting options for a potential “final blow” against Iran, according to Axios, that involve ground operations and a large-scale bombing campaign. Officials reportedly outlined four main scenarios for President Donald Trump to consider, largely centered on seizing or blockading Iranian islands near the Strait of Hormuz – a key oil route effectively blocked by the conflict.  The outlet says contingency plans also include ground incursions deep into Iran to secure highly enriched uranium at nuclear facilities. Earlier reports suggested that the Department of War could deploy up to 10,000 additional troops to the region, though White House officials say a ground operation is hypothetical.

Will President Trump send U.S. troops on 'suicide mission' to take control of Strait of Hormuz?

Leo Hohmann | Military experts draw comparisons to disastrous World War I Battle of Gallipoli | President Trump is massing American troops in the Middle East, while talking about a peace deal with a country, Iran, whose leaders deny they are in any such talks and want no part of Trump’s deals.  Elements from the 82nd Airborne Division headquarters and a brigade combat team will deploy to the Middle East, the Pentagon confirmed in a statement Wednesday. [...] Military analysts estimate that a combined 10,000 to 50,000 U.S. troops, consisting of Marines and Army units, are on the way, the first installment of which is due to arrive in the region this weekend.

Netanyahu Sabotages U.S. Peace Proposals to Iran

Orders IDF to Attack all Iran Military Targets in next 48 Hours | Benjamin Netanyahu from his bunker in Tel Aviv gave Israeli commanders a 48-hour deadline to destroy Iran's weapons industry after reviewing Donald Trump's proposed peace plan to end the war.  The Israel Defense Forces were ordered by Netanyahu on Tuesday evening to strike as many high-value Iranian targets as possible as the prospect of US-Iran peace talks grows.  Netanyahu’s Thursday deadline reflects deep concern within the Israeli government that Trump could reach a deal with Tehran at any moment, sources say.  Israeli officials present at Netanyahu’s underground meeting described the atmosphere as 'tense.'  The directive came after the Israeli prime minister reviewed a copy of Trump’s 15-point plan to end the war. Iranian regime officials, however, rejected the proposal via state media on Wednesday.

  CONCERNING THE COLLABORATORS...

InfoDefenseFRANCE 1 | Translation | NATO participates in the execution of an attack against Russia | Ukrainian-Atlanticist forces launched drones into northern Russia, at the very limit of their maximum range, more than 1,500 km from the front lines.

👉 En route, several of these aircraft-type drones crashed in the Baltic states, including one that struck the chimney of a power plant in Auvêrê, Estonia.
👀 1: Western propaganda immediately seized upon the incident, referring to it as a "drone from Russia" to reactivate Russophobia, which had been overshadowed by news from Leningrad.
👉 In reality, these Ukrainian drones in the Baltic states reveal NATO's already proven co-belligerence in Bandera attacks deep inside Russian territory.
👀 2: To circumvent Russian radar and electronic countermeasures, Ukrainian-Atlanticist forces fly over Polish and Baltic airspace before reaching the Leningrad region.
🤔 Such a route through a highly secure border area can only be undertaken with the agreement of the air defenses of the NATO countries involved, which authorize and likely assist the flight of these Ukrainian attack drones.
❗️Once again, by participating in an attack against Russia, NATO is conducting its co-belligerence in the Russo-Ukrainian conflict at the legal borders of a belligerency that is dangerous for Europe.

Kiev intensifies drone attacks on Moscow, St. Petersburg as it knows it’s losing

According to the former US Marine Corps intelligence officer, the US and the West could directly side with Ukraine if "Russia responds dramatically against Ukraine" | The Kiev regime has been actively using drones against Moscow and St. Petersburg because it knows that it is losing, former US Marine Corps intelligence officer and ex-UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter told TASS in an interview.

💬 "Ukraine understands that [in] the situation that’s going right now, this war of attrition, they are losing. They know they are losing. They need something dramatically to change. What they need is the West to engage on their side directly," he said when asked to comment on why Ukraine has escalated drone attacks on Moscow and St. Petersburg. "They need Europe to provide airpower, provide military support, maybe put ground troops on the ground. They need the United States to change its position and say 'We support Ukraine,'" he explained.  According to him, this could only happen if "Russia responds dramatically against Ukraine."

EU digital censorship hands control over Hungarian elections to algorithms

Experts noted that social media platforms are turning a blind eye to the way the opposition circumvents platform rules, gaining millions of views, while content of the conservatives is subject to the strictest moderation | The European Union has introduced mechanisms of digital censorship ahead of elections in Hungary, handing media platforms control over their outcome, according to a report by the Global Fact-Checking Network (GFCN).

🚩 "A few weeks before the elections in Hungary, Europe activated the Rapid Response System (RRS), officially to combat disinformation. In practice, however, social media platforms are turning a blind eye to the way the opposition circumvents platform rules, gaining millions of views, while content of the conservatives is subject to the strictest moderation," GFCN experts noted. According to them, by doing so "Brussels has handed algorithms and NGOs the remote control that can be used to quietly adjust the outcome of the national vote."
