Encouraging public contempt for, and civil disobedience to, pandemic and biodefense fear-mongering and law.

A reader asked for my views on solutions that could be proposed to public leaders in petitions for redress of wrongs committed under pandemic-preparedness and biodefense pretexts.

Having been at this for several years now, I no longer think about the prospects for earthly legal reform and justice for the perpetrators the same way I did when I started working with the information.

I think the most useful things that public leaders, such as legislators, prosecutors and other government officials (the people to whom petitions are submitted) can do is to openly, publicly urge people in their countries to understand the illegitimacy of the international conventions and treaties, and the illegitimacy of the national implementing laws, and the intentionality of the harms being committed; and to civilly disobey those treaties and laws and publicly express their contempt for those illegitimate treaties and laws.

These foul preparations have never in history prevented any disease and they are all necessarily unsafe, to varying degrees, some being overtly and deliberately harmful.

Mistakes were not made—My understanding of the whole Covid fraud has moved on a lot since my early critique article of the Corman-Drosten “test”. Included in the data set was the “high proportion of false positives” arising from the design and use of the technique. In reality, ALL the positive results are false.

Viruses are (currently) pure fiction—This is the case, since there is no scientific evidence for the existence of the claimed new virus or indeed any virus. I look with interest to see what happens with the Virus Confirmation Fund to which I have pledged £1000.

Viral Contagion is deliberate fiction—In addition, I now know what i didn’t then: that the claim that illnesses attributed to (non-existent) viruses are contagious is a lie. Not a mistake.

The work of Antoine Bechamp has crossed my field of vision mostly through the work of Tracey Northern. Last week, Bechamp's name appeared in a chapter of Fr. Denis Fahey's 1953 book, The Church and Farming, at pp. 98-101.

💬 Chemical Fertilizers and Microzymas – An important point stressed by Lord Geddes in the English House of Lords, in February, 1944, must be mentioned here. In the course of a very interesting debate on the soil in relation to the health of man, animal and plant, Lord Geddes said:

"There is no doubt whatever that you can produce from the fields a great quantity of food by the use of chemical fertilizers. You can boost production, and that is what I think has blinded a great many people to the real problem. The food that we eat and the foodstuffs which we absorb into our body fluids, and through them into our body tissues, are divided sharply into two parts, possibly more, but certainly sharply into two parts — the part which is required as fuel to provide the energy for movement...and the part which is required to repair and replace and recreate our actual bodies themselves.

The German school — Virchow, Schwann, Liebig — laid the emphasis upon the cell out of which in their millions our bodies are created and they regarded food for the cell as all that was required....

How to smuggle foreign invaders through many layers of strong protection? Easy.

You will likely be aware that your body has multiple defences against ingress by potentially injurious materials and chemicals. They’re imperfect but pretty well adapted to our environment.

Eating something dangerous often makes us sick, to the point of vomiting. That’s assuming the smell wasn’t off putting. Obviously some things can be absorbed and poison you, such as cyanide.

Things landing on your skin have a hard time penetrating in quantity. Again, there are exceptions like DMSO, which you can taste just seconds after placing a drop on your skin. Most molecules are of a nature chemically which makes them impossible to cross the multiple layers of skin at any pace. It’s a very good protection. You can inhale toxic gases and smoke, and that can certainly kill you. But importantly, you almost certainly know about it. It will usually make you cough, secretions are prompted and it stings. This prompts you to get away quickly enough to survive, unless you’re trapped, in a fire for example. The rare exceptions include carbon monoxide, odourless and slowly poisoning you with no warnings that you’re likely to notice.

Certain chemicals like nerve agents that can be presented as vapours, liquids and even solids and can injure and kill you via all routes of exposure. But then again, they were designed that way. I know a little about these, because I worked on antidotes while I was at Porton Down.

This has been a preamble. Because what injections via hollow needles do is to introduce anything which can be dissolved in a solvent compatible with life into your body, entirely bypassing all your primary defences.

Four questions and four responses

■ What are the most important things people need to know right now?

For more than 100 years, the US government, through the military, and specifically through the Public Health Service branch of the US military, in collaboration with private pharmaceutical companies and the UN-World Health Organization, has been intentionally and effectively poisoning the population in the US and worldwide, using products known as vaccines and immunizations (toxic mixtures of active ingredients listed on labels, adjuvants listed on labels, and undisclosed ingredients), and thereby hidden from public understanding.

The intentional poisoning program has been escalating decade by decade. It started smaller and less deadly than it is now.

Due to changes in US law, acts that are crimes in other legal contexts, such as poisoning, battery, torture and homicide, if carried out by vaccines (and many other drugs, devices and biological products) are legal. Perpetrators cannot be held liable under civil tort law and cannot be prosecuted under criminal law. This intentional poisoning is much more visible to the public because of the Covid-19 events since 2020, so there are more possibilities for stopping the programs.

It is telling that even Sen. Johnson, who has otherwise been at the forefront of holding public forums, speaking in interviews, etc., will not “take the spear to the chest” to challenge the supremacy of the unspeakable biomedical police state kill box system.

On 13 December 2022 Watt and Latypova participated in a zoom call with Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) scheduled by Johnson’s staffers, and subsequently worked up this memo upon his request:

IN RE: Evidence of Covid-19 Regulatory Failures, Criminal Wrongdoing and Attempts to Avoid Liability by Senior Executive Service Officials in Multiple Federal Agencies. The opening paragraphs [emphasis added] state:

💬 "Americans were misled about all Covid-19 “countermeasures,” including those products marketed as “vaccines.” Covid policy was managed by the National Security Council (NSC) acting on war footing and countermeasures were contracted for by the Department of Defense (DoD) and Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) without any effective regulatory oversight at any stage along the process.

The activities passing as “regulatory processes” appear to have been fraudulent attempts to create color of law and avoid liability for what were clearly criminal acts. These multiple overlapping and mutually reinforcing violations of federal law have imposed serious harms on the American people, including severe injury and death."

Overall characterization of what is going on: the federal and most of the state governments are gone and captured. Whatever is running the federal gov agencies (e.g. HHS) really intends to kill you, or at least substantially injure you, damage your reproductive capacity and repossess your assets in the process. The aim is to reduce the population and terrorize the survivors enough to establish a totalitarian control over much of the world’s territory. Nobody is coming to save you, your survival and that of your children is in your hands only. Do not comply.

I am explaining what rules and regulations are being broken by the HHS/FDA/all public health actors, and Katherine has found how our laws have been subverted over time to enable this. The Monster has only devised means to produce the illusion of deadly global pandemics. And that's all he will ever be able to do.

Notes on the 2017 addition of "public health emergency" definitions to 42 CFR 70.1.

Incessant prattling of lobbyists for State-sponsored bioterrorism (code name "biodefense") notwithstanding, there hasn't ever been a deadly global pandemic, or a pathogen with the potential to circulate around the whole world and kill millions or billions of people.

So there can't be another one, or a next one, or any other future one for which the lessons of Covid must be learned; new treaties and laws must be drafted, signed and enforced; new surveillance and control programs developed; and billions of preparatory dollars spent.

There was a first theatrical production of the illusion of a deadly global pandemic: the 1918 Spanish flu. And now there has been a second theatrical production of the illusion of a deadly global pandemic: Covid-19.

There are going to be more attempts to produce the same illusion under different titles; the producers routinely announce and demand funding for their road shows. Human men and women are the audience. Individual human minds are the private theaters into which the shows are projected.

A reader who is interested in supporting legal cases that challenge Covid-era government acts as fraud-based recently emailed, asking of I could help “identify the core elements of the fraud, and who has committed it, with references...” My reply is below.

By way of analogy, one way to think about the relationships between globalist communitarian law, national constitutions and criminal codes, and declared “public health emergencies,” involves trapdoors, fly-rails and other elements of theatrical staging.

The lever that sets the trapdoor mechanism in motion is the unilateral (evidence-not-required, evidentiary-review-not-permitted) declaration, by the WHO Director-General, that a “public health emergency of international concern” (PHEIC) exists.

When the WHO Director-General pulls the lever, the first gear in the contraption engages: national health officials (also unilaterally and without evidence or evidentiary review) declare a national “public health emergency” (PHE) in each WHO member state, in compliance with the terms of the WHO International Health Regulations, which are construed as a binding international legal instrument or treaty.

At that moment, the constitutions and criminal codes that had formed the foundation for the rule of law in each country, fall through the trap door into the basement to temporary irrelevance, and the door slams shut above them. At the same time, the communitarian law superstructure is dropped onto the stage from the overhead fly-system.
